Reports regarding the iPad Pro 2 lineup updates and their potential release date have dominated the headlines in the previous weeks. Hopes are high that the next generation iPad Pro bandwagon will come sooner than expected specifically between May and June in the most likely venue - at WWDC 2017.

June is more likely to be the release month for the iPad Pro 2 bandwagon. Note that the WWDC 2017 is happening on June 5 to 9 in McEnery Convention Center, San Jose, CA. In addition, the location is notably just a doorstep away from Apple's new Cupertino complex, MacWorld reported.

According to sources, Apple's plan is to launch its second generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro and the all-new 10.5-inch tier alongside its new and refurbished devices. Both iPad Pro tier will have upgraded internals powered by the latest A10X chipset.

As per the design, iPad Pro 2 will have sleeker skin that will complement its slimmer bezels. Apple Pencil 2 is also reportedly accompanying the iPad pro craze in its grand launching. The second generation pencil could come up with some new features as seen in Apple patent filing.

According to 9To5Mac, Apple is exploring new features for Apple Pencil 2 like Smart Cover integration, iPhone support and MacBook trackpad features. There were no reports confirming the success in this feats but iPad Pro 2 will work best with this complimentary add-on devices.

In another related news, Apple has made a pre-announcement regarding the development of the next Mac Pro. Moreover, it is speculated that there will be an iPad Pro 2 and Mac integration being planned to allow hooking an iPad Pro up with a Mac to use it as a Cintiq-like mesh system.

Again, Apple has neither confirmed nor announced any iPad Pro 2 release date. However, with the details provided above it is best for Apple to release it already.
