Apple Rumors: Brand New iPad Pro Variant Released in 2017; iPad Mini Discontinued; Macbook Pro 2016 Launched in October

By

While Apple fans are waiting for iPhone 7 on September 7, the rest are trying to seek some answers about iPad Pro 2, iPad Mini and the Macbook Pro 2016. Here's the roundup!

The 10.5 inch iPad Pro 2 will be an addition to the low-cost 9.7 inch and the high-end 12.9 inch

Apple is said to equip the upcoming iPad Pro with 10.5 inch display instead of the 9.7 inch display. The news came from analyst Ming Chi Kuo who also speculated that it will get radical overhaul in 2018. The iPad Pro 2 tablet is said to run A10 X processor but the 9.7 inch iPad Pro will likely get A9X processor because it is categorized in low-end market. If rumor about AMOLED display is true it will be something totally new for the device.

Kuo also predicted that it could be Apple's strategy to boost the shipment growth. The iPad Pro 10.5 inch model will likely aim at education and commercial sectors. Apple might include technology that enables the iPad lineups to get faster screen zooming, scrolling and panning. And all of these features will not be seen until next year, Bloomberg wrote.

Will Apple discontinue iPad Mini?

As for the iPad Mini variants, the rumors speculate that Apple might discontinue its production because the lacks of Apple Pencil support. Another assumption believed that there is a lack of interest. This is yet to be confirmed because there are still many rants speculating the arrival of iPad Mini 5 with waterproof chassis, 3D Touch, A9X processor and thinner design, UH News reported.

Macbook Pro 2016 to be launched in October?

Previously, an internal source told Bloomberg that there will be Macs updates in October. Apple might reveal more about the upgraded Macbook Pro 2016 and Macbook Air devices that come with USB type C port and better graphics chip.

As for now, Apple superfans are waiting for the launch of iPhone 7 in September 7 but don't put your hopes high to receive any news about Macbook Pro 2016, iPad Mini, or the revolutionary iPad Pro 2 at the event.
