Previously, Tim Cook made a statement that gave Apple fans an important clue of what iPad Pro 2 can do. Cook mentioned that users will no longer need a desktop when they have iPad Pro 2, Yibada reported.

Many iPad Pro reviews focus on head-to-head comparison with Surface Pro. As the Microsoft's tablet is meant for business needs, it will likely be facing its true competitor, once iPad Pro 2 is revealed. Cook's statement hints on iPad Pro's next generation that will get major upgrades to bring better typing experience.

iPad Pro 2 is rumored to have improvement on screen display with its True Tone. It will also be equipped with the upcoming iOS 10. Its 12 MP rear camera will feature Retina Flash and iSight technology. Color options might include Rose Gold. Other details include the increased efficiency and better keyboard accessory.

Taiwan's Semiconductor internal source explained the work on A10X chipset will start soon. If rumor on A10X chipset shipped with iPad Pro 2 is true, the device will likely arrive next year since the mass production of the chip will begin later this year. University Herald has learned that the company was also the manufacturer of A9X chipset. Thus, it would be a credible source to spill rumors on iPad Pro 2.

iPad Pro 2 release date

For the record, iPad Pro 9.7 inch was introduced a few months ago and it would not be a good move to release a new similar device this year. Apple superfans can anticipate next year's release, probably in March.
