Having no options to configure and no distracting graphics in it, it becomes simply charming and accessible for everyone. In fact, there have no options to choose on what to test, whether the upload speed or download speed. The sense is nothing more than it is specially made to cater Netflix subscribers. The sad reality is that many people are still locked into deals with ISP's that delivers less than quality download speeds, a problem which is only worsen by the rise in mobile HD content.
