Electronic Arts Predicts 14 Million Copies Of The Game By Next Year

Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen revealed during Electronic Arts' conference call for investors and analysts that they will ship 14 million units of "Star Wars Battlefront II" before March 31, 2018. They are expecting it to have the same number of units shipped of the first game between its release and the end of the related fiscal year. However, they are hoping that the sequel will overcome this predicted number of sales and go beyond that, Dual Shockers reported.

Electronic Arts Reveals Three Times Content Size For Upcoming Game

Chief Executive Officer Andrew Wilson revealed during the conference that the content of video game at launch is going to be over three times the size as that of the first game of the series. Electronic Arts also has a big plan for its live services plan, which will be discussed soon on EA Play and the upcoming E3 event.

It was evident after the first reveal of "Star Wars Battlefront II" that there was a massive change of its features compared to the first one. Wilson revealed that the development teams are building on the feedback from the fans, which is why there are new contents for this sequel. There will be a brand new story, a new single player campaign, new modes, characters, vehicles, and many more, Gamespot reported.
