Rockstar Games Shares New Details Of The 'GTA 5 Online' Update; Confirms Liberty City Map Arrival This Year
Suit up folks, Rockstar Games has another big update coming for "Grand Theft Auto V's" online mode, "GTA 5 Online." The developer has just announcement 2017 GTA Online Stunt Race Event, which adds 15 new Stunt Races on board. Rockstar made the huge announcement this week.
According to The Express, a new update for the company's action-adventure game "GTA 5 Online," dubbed 2017 GTA Online Stunt Race Event, has just arrived. The newly added stunt races are the Mountain Drop and Pier Race, which players can navigate using the user-friendly in-game menus and GTA map.
Players can also get double GTA$ and RP for all the Rockstar-developed and verified Stunt Races, starting March 7.Additionally, a Pink Jock Cranley endorsed Stunt Jumpsuit has also made available for grabs. Players can get this great stuff by simply logging into the "GTA 5 Online" Stunt Series page.
There's also a great discount on racing suits, stuntman suits and biker suits and a sale on a selected number of related vehicles which include Valid Desert Raid, Obey Omnis, Lampadatti Tropos Rallye, Vapid Trophy Truck, Annis RE-7B and Emperor ETR1.
As mentioned in the Rockstar Games' official website, most of the vehicles and clothing from the Cunning Stunts update have been marked down by 25 percent, which will go until March 13. These include the following: Annis RE-7B, Vapid Desert Raid, Emperor ETR1, Vapid Trophy Truck, Liveries, Obey Omnis, Lampadatti Tropos Rallye, Stunt Clothing, and Stunt Tattoos. In Rockstar's Cunning Stunts update, players will now be able to drive in unique tracks. GTA 5 players can also jump from one building to another or even hit the water, Rockstar said. In addition to the Cunning Stunts, Rockstar Games also announced that Vehicle Warehouses are 25 percent off this week. As for the upcoming and much-awaited GTA 5 Liberty City map conversion, The Express reported earlier that the ambitious new map is set to arrive for PC players in Spring of 2017. In a recent interview with Red Bull Sports, Rockstar software engineer Yuriy Krivouchko has just confirmed that the new mod will need to load in a copy of GTA 4 that player has already downloaded to make it possible to acquire the ambitious new "GTA 5 Online" map. Additionally, the engineer also gave some important update on the OpenIV project's goals.
