For college seniors who are just about to graduate from college, the thought of leaving college can be both pretty exciting and scary at the same time. It's because aside from the fact that college is over and that they are just a step away from their dreams, the fact remains that most of them will also have to be facing student debts.

However, there is a good news. There are companies who actually offer tuition reimbursement for the employees who will be eligible, that even if they really don't have the obligation to do so, they have found great ways to help their people. Here are some of those companies who offer these really nice perks.

AT&T

According to USA Today College, employees who are employed at AT&T may be eligible to receive $3,500 per year for every approved course and educational experience. Aside from that, they also get to enjoy a lifetime maximum of $20,000 for undergraduate expenses and up to $25,000 for graduate expenses.

Bank of America

Bank of America reimburses their employees up to $5,250 for job related courses, according to Business Insider.

Best Buy

Best Buy provides their employees up to $3,500 a year for undergraduate studies, while for graduate level coursework, it provides $5,250 through its Tuition Assistance Program.

Comcast

The employees of Comcast get to be reimbursed up to $5,750 per year for both graduate and undergraduate expenses. They also have a program that awards their students with $1000 per year, which is called the Leaders and Achievers Scholarship Program.

Starbucks

Starbucks has a program called Starbucks U Program which offers college credit for Starbucks training, student discounts on textbooks and supplies, as well as tuition reimbursement from $500 to $1,000 every year plus scholarship at some selected schools.
