Education is the key for most people when it comes to success. It is the same with athletes. During a Bob Elmer Celebrity Sports Breakfast event, "The Bachelorette" stars Ben Zorn and Jared Haibon came forward to talk about how important education was for them.

Zorn and Haibon are known for being contestants in "The Bachelorette" franchise. Both was in "The Bachelorette" season 11 and returned for "The Bachelor in Paradise."

Coming from 6 different schools were 37 athletes. They were invited to celebrate their athletic success. And during the event were key speakers. Ben Zorn talks about how education was important for him since high school.

Zorn tells the students that he never played sports. But he once told his father that he wants to get a football scholarship so he can get into college. He eventually got his scholarship and was able to play for five years at the San Jose State University. He earned a degree in Kinesiology, cites Journal News. He emphasizes that he used his degree to the fullest extent.

He now works as a professional fitness expert. This fitness coach explains that he directs exercise boot camps and training sessions with groups. He also stresses that he loves what he does. His advice to the young athletes still in school? Ben Zorn says to go after their dreams and put in a lot of work.

Jared Haibon also shares his story. He is a baseball and football athlete when he was in high school. And he emphasizes the importance of balancing sports and school. He tells the students that dedication, knowledge and hard work is essential for their future. He worked as a restaurant manager.

These athletic students were treated to real celebrity advices from The Bob Elmer Celebrity Sports Breakfast event. This was hosted by the Martinsburg Rogary Club and also invited special guest Celebrity Grand Marshal Mike Gansey.
