NBA Star LaMarcus Aldridge will not be making it to the end of the year with Spurs. Recent reports claim that his position in Spurs may not have worked out as expected. A couple of sportswriters have given their two cents on the Spurs forward and a possible trade.

The NBA San Antonio Spurs forward reportedly signed a four-year contract worth $84 million last offseason; however, it is said that the franchise is not satisfied with Aldridge replacing the retired athlete Tim Duncan. ESPN Sportswriter Jackie MacMullan recently discussed on CSNNE expectations for the Boston Celtics, revealing that apparently, Aldridge will not be finishing the year with Spurs, NESN reported.

It should be noted that the NBA player averaged 18 points and 8.5 rebounds with a 53.1 shooting percentage last season. However, ESPN Sportswriter Zach Lowe may have shared the same sentiments as MacMullan. Lowe is said to have brought up the potential Aldridge trade by noting that The Spurs team should perform beyond expectations, if not, they may take calls on Aldridge.

NBA Star Pau Gasol, who previously signed a two-year deal with a player option for 2017 to 2018, is said to be an all-in move. It is speculated that if he will opt out after the season, Aldridge and Leonard remain to be a shiny lure for the free agents. However, Bleacher Report Sportswriter Alec Nathan claims that Spurs had a worse defense with Aldridge on last season.

In other news, NBA will reportedly broadcast one game a week in VR games beginning Oct. 27. NBA Digital, the joint venture with Turner Sports reportedly revealed broadcasting of one basketball game a week. The first broadcast will feature the Sacramento Kings against the San Antonio Spurs, Fortune reported.

The NBA broadcast will be streamed in 180-degrees so viewers can turn their heads following the action. Moreover, a graphical display of the statistics will also be streamed in 180 degrees. The game is free to watch for those who sign up for an NBA League Pass free trial and have a Samsung Gear VR headset and Samsung smartphone.
