The latest update of the popular space exploration game from Hello Games is scheduled to release this month of August. The latest patch (update 1.03) of No Man's Sky is rumored to implicate big changes in the game.

The first day of the No Man's Sky latest patch has known to be more substantial since it was revealed that update 1.03 will definitely make fundamental changes in the gameplay. Some of the major changes in the game as reported by engadget are the newly added three paths to follow where the outcome of the game depends on the choices you made earlier on, new combat mechanics with redesigned method of on-the-ground aiming and space fights critical hit systems, profound trading system, new set of criteria for planet generation and even new universe. Also, one notable change is the easier discovery of other players through scanning the galactic map that would increase the chance of seeing other players.

Founder Sean Murray released an official statement in Hello Game's blog regarding the released date of the latest patch. According to him, the latest patch is scheduled to debut on August 9 in PS4 and will be available for download in PC three days after the official released date. Murray also mentioned their plans for the next patches to come that includes upgrading the graphical quality of the game and enabled players to build space stations and acquire huge trade fighters.

The above-mentioned updates will be enjoyed by the players for free. However, for those players who got the pre-launched copy of the game will be shocked over unrevealed reasons.

Looking at the new updates of the game, players and tech analysts have started to notice that No Man's Sky is slowly pulling away from a single-player gameplay and is heading towards being multiplayer. Not withholding the fact, that there are 18.4 quintillion unique planets to explore.
