Even before the latest movie, "Batman v Superman", it has been known that the Batman that is played by Ben Affleck will be making a solo "Batman" movie. Latest rumors says that this movie will take place in the Arkham asylum.

There is no official details that is announced for the solo "Batman" movie, however, fans speculated that the new film will take place in the Arkham asylum. This rumor however, must be taken with a grain of salt since there is no details revealed by DC Comics. These rumors came from Batman on Film which cited anonymous sources.

This rumor is backed up by previous speculations that the next Batman movie will be crawling with lots of Bat villains. It was also mentioned in the previous reports that the movie will have almost all of the big bad guys that a fan would ever want in a movie. The Arkham asylum is the perfect place to cram all these Bat bad-guys. The rumor also said about this movie will have a story that has never been seen before on the big-screen live-action.

Furthermore, it is not impossible that the DC Comic movie that will be released next month, "Suicide Squad", will introduce several Bat-villains to the big-screen and this could be a hint that the Batman solo movie will have lots of bad guys. The Bat-villains in the "Suicide Squad" includes Joker (played by Jared Leto), Harley Quinn (played by Margot Robbie), Deadshot (played by Will Smith), and Killer Croc (played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje), Slashfilm reported.

Also, the Ultimate Edition of "Batman v Superman" includes a reference to Arkham asylum. The end part revealed Batman's arrangements that would send another villain, Lex Luthor, to Arkham asylum.

Presently, Ben Affleck is still writing the script to the movie together with Geoff Johns. They even said that the script is not even close to the final one. Once the screenplay is done, fans can expect more concrete information about the next "Batman" movie.
