After the release date is confirmed, fans quickly made speculations on "One Punch Man's" possible storyline. It is safe to assume that the creator Yusuke Murata's manga version would likely be used as the plot, Inquistr reported. The fans should expect to witness fierce battles as Human Monster Garou will hunt Heroes Association's members in Season 2.

In addition to that, there will also be more enemies to take down and they are apparently more powerful than before. Saitama used to beat enemies with a punch but this second time around, it will not be that easy. This has made the enemies joke about Saitama's weakness.

Saitama has always wanted everyone to be safe. Hence, he'd do anything to defeat his enemies. In Season 2, he is being criticized for his lost but he will soon reveal that he has a true power out of the adversity.

Season 2 will air in Q1 2017 continuing its 2015 original series though the exact date has not been confirmed yet. The official Twitter account for "One Punch Man" has updated the fans with the development of the new anime series as it is currently under production stage.

"One Punch Man" is a successful manga as Nielsen BookScan listed it on the fifth position in September's Top 20, AnimeNewsNetwork has learned.
