The Chinese hacker is expected to break-free the iOS 10 restriction, but so far, there has been no crack that was released.

However, tech analysts claimed that Pangu could already have iOS 10 jailbreak in hand but they are just perfecting it to be compatible with the latest iOS 10 version. According to jailbreak fans, it may not take too long till Pangu cracks iOS 10, as it was already a month away since Apple released the said OS. Judging from previous timeframes, the hacker is always quick in rolling out jailbreak for major iOS updates, weeks after being issued.

This could mean that Pangu is currently waiting for iOS 10.1 from Apple before releasing the iOS 10 jailbreak for the public, iDigitalTimes reported. YouTube tech blogger iCrackUriDevice also speculated the same thing.
