We are still far from the end of year but the rumors and speculations on Samsung Galaxy S8 keep swirling around. Samsung fans can expect upgraded specs of the Galaxy S series. Samsung will likely equip Galaxy S8 with 5.1 inch screen and 2.5K display, Digital Trends wrote.

Many sources link Samsung Galaxy S8 with Google Daydream VR project. Many arguments stated that the tech giant will make Galaxy S8 the first smartphone to be compatible with Google's VR headset. This means, the flagship could be the first ideal phone that will increase the VR experience without any pixelated issue. Samsung is also expected to place Snapdragon 820 under the hood

Aside from the rumored Samsung Galaxy S8, people are more interested in the rants circulating through the online media about Galaxy X design.

The rumors suggest new folding feature that Samsung filed the patent previously. The touchscreen phone will be able to bend - albeit we are not sure how the hinge mechanism will work on that. And it will not likely be any step backward since it is equipped with a super AMOLED display without any dial pad like the old flip phones.

The Galaxy X - which is widely rumored to be launched in a Galaxy S8 event - is said to have 4K display. Samsung has come up with impressive iris scanner in Galaxy Note 7. Thus, such dramatic features might likely be made available by the South Korean giant.

For the record, Samsung Galaxy S6 was launched in April 2015 and Galaxy S7 arrived in March 2016. Hence, for the next generation flagship release date, it will likely happen sometime in March or April 2017. As for the price, Trusted Review speculated price tag around $675.
