Ashton Kutcher began his acting career as Michael Kelso on Fox. Remember that 70's show? He then made a name for himself through the comedy platform with MTV's Punk'd. He also starred in various films as the lead actor.

However, many do not know that he is secretly smart. Brit has it that he attended the University of Iowa and majored in Biochemical Engineering. However, he dropped out later to pursue a modeling career. At one point he hit the jackpot by receiving a scholarship to MIT. But he lost that after he broke into his high school.

Kutcher attended Washington High School in Cedar Rapids. He then moved to Clear Creek Amana High, when his family moved. In school, he showed he has a knack for acting and theater. He appeared in various school plays. But his teenage life took a toll on him when his parents divorced. He acted out by breaking into his high school. He was charged with third-degree burglary. Thereafter, he straightened out.

To earn money for his tuition in the University of Iowa, Kutcher worked as a college summer hire in the cereal department for the General Mills plant. However, a scout found him at a bar called The Airliner. He was recruited to be one of the Fresh Faces of Iowa. It was a modeling competition and he ended up in first place.

He dropped out of college and signed on with New York City's International Modeling and Talent Association.

Now, he is a successful entrepreneur and investor. He has his hands on the restaurant industry with Dolce and Geisha. He also invested in several start up companies and even launched his own app. Aside from being an actor, he is also the chairman of the board of A Plus.
