The newly integrated app on Windows 10 is said to be 'fast and easy'. It enables users to login to the platform with just a click away from Start Menu. There is also desktop notification and a live tile to find out what your friends are up to. Sharing photos can be done straightly from the File Explorer or from the app, too.

Messenger for Windows 10 keeps the chats going

Facebook adds Messenger for Windows along with desktop notification to help you keep track on your conversations. It is said to bring a complete experience for the users. Action Center allows users to get notified when receiving new messages.

Instagram for Windows Mobile

Fields explains the company history on improving Instagram app for Windows. Facebook concerns on bringing the features closer to Windows smartphone users as quickly as possible. As it is now available in Windows 10 mobile, there are a bunch of features integrated, including Explore, Instagram Direct and video. The Windows Live Tile also displays real-time updates on your feeds.

For Windows 8, Fields said that they can have Windows 10 update for free from Microsoft Store or continue to use the earlier version instead. As for Windows 10 Phone, the Facebook and Messenger apps will be released later this year.

More specific on Windows 10 Phone, Microsoft is planning to release Redstone 2 Update in 2017. According to the ZDnet, the Microsoft is missing the due date and the delay might be the company's initiative to blend in the updates with the new device that's rumored to 'change everything'.
