Hideo Kojima's open world action game "Death Stranding" is well underway and fans of Kojima seem excited about how will the game pan out when it hits the gaming world by 2019. But before the release story, Kojima and staff are currently busy making noise with its stellar cast.

Kojima And Cast Discussed Death Stranding Development

"The Walking Dead" star Norman Reedus as the main protagonist is joined by versatile actor Mads Mikkelsen and highly acclaimed movie director Guillermo Del Toro. Kojima and his very own studio Kojima productions are currently offering a sneak peek into the development and production of "Death Stranding".
In a recent talk show HideoTube, which hosts by Hideo Kojima himself and Kenji Yano, the "Star Wars: Rogue One" star Mads Mikkelsen talked about his involvement in the creation of Kojima's first ever title.

According to Game Radar, Mikkelsen has discussed his first meeting with Kojima and his experiences developing the game. The most endearing part of the recent discussion was when the actor spoke about discussing "Death Stranding" with his own son.

Based on the "Death Stranding" trailers, Mikkelsen is likely to play a villain in the upcoming game. However, not much information is known about his character, but fans are betting big on Kojima's ability to create interesting storylines, especially in a game like the "Death Stranding."

Death Stranding Is Coming Exclusively On Sony Game Console

As mentioned earlier by Techno Buffalo, Kojima has just confirmed that Death Stranding is coming to PS4 and PS4 Pro. Kojima also confirmed that the game will be arriving sometime in 2019

"Death Stranding," which set in an open environment and with multiplayer functions, is currently in development stage through an exclusive partnership with the Japanese gaming giant Sony.

Kojima is no stranger with Sony, the two have been working hard on the technical side. Last year, Hideo Kojima and Mark Cerny, lead system architect of the Sony PlayStation 4, spent two weeks traveling the world, searching for a game engine on which to develop "Death Stranding."

Fortunately, the two has found the perfect platform for their game development, The Netherland-based Guerrilla Games has been picked as a collaborator on the development of the game. The Dutch company has developed a proprietary game engine called Decima, which later become the game engine platform for the "Death Stranding" development.
