"Five Nights at Freddy's" players recently got a new downloadable content on Dec. 1. The update reportedly rolled out for free with the true forms of Baby, Funtime Freddy and Ballora, among others. Apparently, the spinoff may revert to traditional gameplay.
"Five Nights at Freddy's" developer Scott Cawthon announced this week that the "Custom Night" DLC will roll out on the PC, Android and iOS platforms. The patch is slated to appear on "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location". Furthermore, the free content is slated to make "Five Nights at Freddy's" more exciting, Morning News USA reported.
On the contrary, "Five Nights at Freddy's" is believed to go back to traditional gameplay. The camera setup in one room was said to be the basis for the theory. However, the "Five Nights at Freddy's" update reportedly packs Funtime Freddy as a surprise.
It should be noted that Funtime Freddy and his metallic companions have not appeared in their traditional forms. Rumor has it that the initial story for "Sister Location" has been changed. Apparently, Cawthon rolled out the surprise to "Five Nights at Freddy's" intentionally to keep the entire plot of the game together. The update reportedly packs the Bonnie puppet and Bidybab as well.
In other news, Cawthon reportedly revealed that the "Custom Night" update may be non-canon. Hence, the update may not be part of the overall story. In addition, the update reportedly showed the true forms of Ennard, Ballora and Baby as well, Gack Hollywood reported.
The "Five Nights at Freddy's" Custom Night is reportedly set in a familiar secluded area. Additionally, the game mode may only be accessed after completion of all mini-games and endings in "Sister Location". Furthermore, being awarded three stars may allow players to begin a quest to defeat Ennard in the Secret Room. Note that Ennard's defeat would result in a Fake Ending.
