The Country Music Awards, or also known as the CMAs, is an event that presents recognition to country music artists and broadcasters for their various achievements in the country music industry. Popular artists include Keith Urban, Blake Shelton, and at some point even Taylor Swift.

But the Country Music Awards is not only about celebrities and performers. It is also about music. Through the Country Music Awards Foundation, it is dedicated to establishing music education across the country.

Now, the Country Music Awards Foundation is going to award $3.1 million to 44 programs that is dedicated to provide music education. And all of this happened during "Giving Tuesday," cites Taste of Country.

To make it happen, the CMA enlisted Cam to share the news and initiate the Mannequin Challenge. To formally announce their donation, Cam and a group of people did the Mannequin Challenge. The group showed a grant of $3.1 million which will be awarded to 44 programs to help spread music education in the United States. According to reports, the foundation had amassed $17.5 million worth of funds for the music programs they support.

The video features a whole group of people standing still and holding up signs of the various programs CMA is supporting. At the end of the video, viewers can see Cam posing like she is ready to sing her heart out. Her attendance is timely because she is also promoting her tour.

Cam is currently touring and will arrive in Ohio, Michigan and Illinois this week. Catch Cam on her Burning House Tour.

Celebrities went out of their way for "Giving Tuesday." Right after Cyber Monday and Black Friday, celebrities like Reese Witherspoon and Drew Barrymore also went to their chosen charities and donated their time and helped raised funds. After tons of shopping over the weekend, Tuesday, for these stars, are all about giving.
