Fans and gamers alike are weill aware of the big splash that Nintendo has made since it initially unveiled the announcement of its upcoming Nintendo Switch console to everyone. As such, more notable players in the gaming industry have expressed their enthusiasm about the next-gen console by Nintendo. This is the case for EA who was reported to be a big supporter of the upcoming console. Moreover, reports of a private hands-on event for the Nintendo Switch was said to be happening on January 2017.

It was recently reported that Electronic Arts' Chief Competition Officer, Pete Moore, has given high praises to Nintendo's upcoming console, Switch, during his attendance at the Credit Suisse 2016 Annual Technology Conference, Nintendo Everything has learned.

Moore mentioned that the Japanese-based company has always been and will, very well, always be a significant partner in the gaming industry. As to Nintendo's developers and IPs, he stated therein that their company is a "huge fan" of them. He said that Nintendo's has the best first-party development studios around and that their intellectual properties are some of the most important ones in the market.

He also confirmed to fans that they currently have a partnership with Nintendo and their latest platform, Switch, but could not divulge more details on what it is actually about. Moore even went on to reassure fans that EA is regularly in talks with Nintendo.

In other news, it was also reported that a private hands-on event for the Nintendo Switch will be held on Jan. 13 of 2017, IGN noted. It was said the event will take place in New York after the culmination of the Nintendo Switch presentation to be held the day before.

Moreover, it was also mentioned that the invitations, which the company has already issued, detailed therein the purpose of the event - to highlight further what the company plans to announce during its Nintendo Switch Presentation in Tokyo. A lot more details have been discussed by IGN in a video they have posted via their YouTube account.

With all these said, fans can definitely look forward to the upcoming Nintendo Switch as it gets released in the market soon.
