The Xbox One S advertisement was recently shown and jokingly referred to its two "Pterodactyl". The Microsoft ad was obviously referring to its latest console's two Terabytes.

Meet the Microsoft Xbox One S

The Xbox One S is the latest gaming platform from Microsoft. Compared to the previous model, The S is 40 percent smaller. However the new consoles packs more features such as the 2TB storage for the high end ones. The Xbox One S is notable its Ultra HD Blu-ray or 4K resolution and HDR video streaming.

Microsoft and Sony have been bitter rivals in the console gaming platform for years. Sony's PlayStation has dominated the market for a long time but that seems to be changing at least in the US. July sales report indicated that the Xbox One has outsold the PS4. Sony however, intends to regain its top spot by pushing its latest platform, the PS4 Slim, Pro and VR for the upcoming holidays, according to iDigital Times.

The Basic edition only has 500GB and comes bundled with the "Minecraft" game and available for $299, according to the official Xbox website. The Special Edition comes in military green and has 1TB in memory. It's bundled with the "Battlefield 1" game and priced at $349. "Gears of War 4" fans would like the 2TB edition. The unit bears the red design and symbol of the game and includes the ultimate edition. Interested buyers could get this S unit along with the Crimson Omen controller for $449.
