He is considered to be one of the most influential and powerful people in the American entertainment industry. Currently, he is under fire as police are investigating him for child abuse claims. And he is also undergoing separation and divorce processes with Angelina Jolie. But a long time ago, Brad Pitt would never have entered acting.

Born in 1963, this American actor and producer now owns his own company. But way back then, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, this actor was just a little boy living in a conservative house hold. In an interview with Condenast, he recalled how his dad worked hard to provide them a better life.

In high school, he attended the Kickapoo High School. He was an active teenager, involving himself in golf, swimming and tennis. He even joined the school's Key and Forensics clubs. And not only that, he joined school debates and even entered in musicals. But although he has a knack for performing, he never thought about taking up acting as a profession.

After graduating high school, Pitt enrolled in the University of Missouri in 1982. He took journalism as a major and focused on advertising as his course. But for some reason, he did not feel like it was his calling. With his four year course drawing to a close, he decided to drop it. This just happened within two weeks of his graduation. He realized that he loved films. And films are not present in Missouri.

He left Missouri and moved to Los Angeles. He never got to go on stage and took his degree. And like most actors, he took odd jobs to support himself while working on stage and auditioning for roles. Now, he has several films under his belt such as "Interview with the Vampire," "Ocean's Twelve" and "Fight Club."

It is not known if he is going to return and finish his career. For now, listen to Pitt's yodeling antics below:
