You may know Jonah Hill from his work in "The Wolf of Wall Street" with Leonardo diCaprio or his role as a businessman in "War Dogs." But did you know that he got kicked out of a university because he never went to class?

Jonah Hill, born in Los Angeles, attended The Center for Early Education. He then enrolled in Brentwood School, a K-12 co-ed day school regarded for its academics, athletics and arts. He also attended the Crossroads School in Santa Monica, California, that rivals Brentwood.

After graduating high school, Jonah Hill attended Bard College and The New School in New York. He took Music and Sports as a major. Eventually he settled in the University of Colorado Boulder. But he didn't stay long. Glamour cites that he got kicked out because he never went to class. But he was not idle during his college days.

Hill wrote his own plays and performed in them. He did one in the "Black and White" bar in the East Village neighborhood in New York City. His plays were able to capture a small following and he realized he wanted to be an actor.

In his time as an amateur actor, he made friends with Rebecca and Jake Hoffman (Dustin Hoffman's kids). They introduced him to their dad. Afterwards, he auditioned for a role in "I Heart Huckabees." That was the movie Jonah Hill made his first film debut.

While he never really took his education seriously since he never attended Colorado, his passion for acting inspired him to work hard. He worked in several films with famous personalities like Seth Rogen and Leonardo diCaprio. He also starred in several films and television shows. And never stopped auditioning in various roles.

It is not known if he ever made use of his course in Music and Sports but it is apparent that his love for humor and comedy is present in his roles.
