Who Is Mohamed Bailor Jalloh? Old Dominion University Gunman Returned to Spotlight With Chilling ISIS History

A former National Guardsman recently released from prison for ISIS-related terror offences opened fire on an ROTC class at Old Dominion University, killing a retired Army officer and wounding two others. The gunman, identified as Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, was also killed following the targeted attack on the Virginia campus.
