BioWare's New Multiplayer Mission Hits 'Mass Effect: Andromeda', But Still No Words About Single-Player Story DLC [VIDEO]
BioWare's latest update for its latest action role-playing game "Mass Effect: Andromeda has finally released to the wild. However, the newly released DLC is currently only available via multiplayer missions, with no words about the solo campaign DLC. BioWare made the huge announcement this week.
The Edmonton-based game developer this week released new DLC contents, which includes the latest multiplayer mission. The latest DLC has just arrived this week on PS4, Xbox One and PC users, The Express reported.
According to the UK-based online publication The Express, BioWare's latest update for the "Mass Effect: Andromeda" has come in the form of multiplayer APEX missions, ongoing story-based missions that feature new weapons, new items, and new playable characters.
As with the single-player story DLC, BioWare has yet to release more details about the single-player. Fortunately, some have managed to uncover a clue of what players can expect from an upcoming single-player DLC. This piece of information comes at the end of the game so those who have finished the single-player campaign of the shooter might already have an idea.
In addition, Andromeda players are also pitching their own story on the Reddit gaming forum. Fans are speculating about what the single-player campaign DLC will cover. Reddit User Leviafun365 leads the majority opinion in the Reddit forum.
Finally, "Mass Effect: Andromeda" team has posted on the official BioWare Twitter account, explaining their side and talking the various feedback it received. BioWare's posted message on Twitter hinting something coming for the game, possibly around E3 2017 event.
Released in March 2017, "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is BioWare's latest action role-playing video game for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. Andromeda is the fourth entry overall in the Mass Effect game series. In Andromeda, players assume the role of an inexperienced military recruit who has joined the Initiative and wakes up in Andromeda following a long 600-year journey.
