The "Super Mario Run" latest update comes not long after the Japanese tech giant made it known the side-scrolling, auto-running video game has been downloaded 78 million times. Wherein, 5 percent of the gamers choose to pay $9.99 to unlock the full version of the mobile game.

It has been said that the mobile game earned about $53 million. The "Super Mario Run" is currently only available on iOS, nonetheless, the mobile game is expected to debut on Android devices some time in March 2017, according to The Verge.

Nevertheless, the latest update of "Super Mario Run" also alters Toad Rally, reduce penalties for player's poor performance, collecting Toads easier and a support for the Korean language.
