Tension is high in the upcoming episodes of CBS' "The Bold and the Beautiful." Much of that bad blood is due to the new leadership at Forrester Creations.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Thomas (Pierson Fode) will be angry over Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) being named as the company's new CEO, a position that she will share with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Thomas feels that he deserves the title even though he hasn't really done anything to deserve it.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" viewers know that Thomas spent a majority of his time romancing Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) in New York. Outside of those times, Thomas dutifully works out to maintain his buff physique or flirting with the women at Forrester Creations. These all suggests that the company isn't his priority and he easily gets distracted with other things.

This is why it's odd that Thomas is so fired up over Steffy's new CEO position. For Rick (Jacob Young), who's also sidestepped for the leadership role, that anger is reasonable because he actually dedicated time and effort at Forrester Creations before it went to Eric's (John McCook) hands. Granted, he and Maya (Karla Mosley) abused their authority but the company still succeeded under their management.

There are speculations that Thomas will exact revenge on Ridge and ruin his reputation at Forrester Creations. Thomas will become privy of Ridge and Quinn's (Rena Sofer) affair while they were in San Francisco, and he might reveal this knowledge to Eric and use it to destroy the firm's trust on Ridge.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" showrunner Brad Bell teased that February will be a month of relationship dramas and revelations for the long-running soap opera. Fans hoping for a Ridge and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) wedding will be disappointed because it will be Steffy and Liam (Scott Clifton), and Zende (Rome Flynn) and Nicole (Reign Edwards) marrying each other in upcoming episodes.

Quinn's marriage with Eric, on the other hand, is about to hit a major bump now that she's starting to have feelings for Ridge, according to a separate report from Celeb Dirty Laundry. She couldn't stop thinking about their shared kiss, while Ridge admitted that he feels connected to her.

This could lead to the end of Quinn's marriage with Eric, and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) could have the right to break up with Ridge now that his heart doesn't belong to just her anymore. Katie (Heather Tom), meanwhile, may finally tell Eric that she has feelings for him.
