Huawei Mate 9 Features and Specs

Huawei Mate 9 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage version has been launched in 2016 as a successor of Huawei mate 8 that released in 2015 by the Chinese consumer electronics and telecommunications giant. This year, a 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage version of the phone has spotted online most specifically from few online stores and Chine-based e-commerce sites according to Android Headlines.

Furthermore, the alleged Huawei Mate 9 spotted online sports a massive screen size of 5.9-inch AMOLED display with screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. An octa core Hisilicon Kirin 960 chipset, the company's proprietary mobile processor is said to power the device integrated with MALI-G71 MP8 GPU and powered by 4000 mAh battery.

What's more interesting about Huawei Mate 9 is the dual rear camera which is co-developed by Huawei and Leica, a German optics company. For this reason, the smartphone is said to sport a 20-megapixel sensor and 12-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/2.2, Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) while the front camera sport an 8-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/1.9 and can take videos of 1080p resolution at 30fps.

Huawei Mate 9 Release Date and Price

The newest version of Huawei Mate 9 is believed to have been sold globally in a discreet manner and this is not the Pro model that everyone is talking about. According to GSM Arena, the Nougat-operated smartphone is sold at a price of $800 in several Chinese stores but higher price is expected from the European stores starting at $950 from a Romanian online store.
