The year 2016 has been an awesome ride for all gadget lovers but let us run down to the list of best android phones that were released this year with non-removable batteries. Check the full list of smartphones and their respective features and specs!

Google Pixel and Pixel XL Phones

Being the first Google-made smartphones has turned the Pixel phones into the best android phones of 2016 because of the exclusive features such as Google Assistant, high-end camera specs that comes with an unlimited storage for photos and the ability to transfer data from iPhone, according to Indian Express. The phones run the latest Android 7.1 Nougat which introduces never-before features to the phone such as multi-tasking windows, new notification bundles, quick switch app and the Pixel exclusive Pixel launcher.

Moto Z Force Droid

Motorola is one of the companies who get to hit the right button when it comes to delivering modular phones. Though the Moto Mods seem to be requiring extra battery, this innovative feature from Motorola makes the smartphones more desirable because it is offered in cheaper price compared to rival phones.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor that could rival the flagships phones of 2016 not to mention the upgrading from Marshmallow to Nougat which automatically makes the phone compatible with Google VR platform, Daydream.  

Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge

So far, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge remain the well-loved Samsung handsets more so after the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. Users cannot help but fall in love with the faster performance of the phone brought by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64 bit and the smooth curved edges plus the fast charging non-removable battery.

OnePlus 3T

If there's one thing that is likeable with OnePlus 3T, it's the phone software. Although the phone is equipped with powerhouse specs such as Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, 13 percent larger battery life compared to predecessor OnePlus 3 and 128GB internal storage, it's the custom version of Android called OxygenOS that is pre-installed in the phone that makes it desirable, according to BGR. OxygenOS introduces many features and applications that users can opt to hide if they found them unnecessary.
