Fans of "Tokyo Ghoul's" TV anime want a remake of season 1 and 2. Season 3 might be possible after the anime's rise in popularity in past seasons.

"Tokyo Ghoul" Season 1 and Season 2 remake should happen

According to the official website of Reddit, several members have expressed their wish of remaking the TV anime series "Tokyo Ghoul" for season 1 and 2. A member said that the current anime series has done injustice to the original source and it needs a better animator studio. Another member said that they do not want Studio Pierrot, the current animators, to make the upcoming season 3 of the anime.

"Tokyo Ghoul" remake reasons

One of the reasons why "Tokyo Ghoul" fans want a remake of the whole series is due to the many changes in the anime compared to the popular manga version. Several fans are angry that they did not get a faithful anime adaptation of the series and even the dialogue that manga creator Ishida wrote for the final episode was ignored. Another member said that season 2's story seemed to be falling apart and the anime just became a regular anime, which is more fighting, and action scenes rather than storytelling.

"Tokyo Ghoul" studio replacement suggestions

Several members of Reddit have given their suggestions on who would replace Studio Pierrot as animators of "Tokyo Ghoul" for the remake of season 1 and 2. One member suggested that it would be Production I.G since they created a lot of really good animated series. Another member suggested that Bones, Madhouse, and David Productions.

"Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 a possibility?
