Android Nougat 7.1 U.K. Release Date: Moto Z Series, G4 Plus, Xiaomi, Samsung, HTC Get Android 7.0 Nougat? [VIDEO]

Google latest OS update, Android Nougat, is finally here. Check out the list of phones that get Android Nougat.

Google released Android Nougat in August. At the end of October, it will release the beta version of the latest OS update.

Aside from announcing the release date of beta version, the company also announced that Android Nougat 7.1 will be available to the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P and Pixel C, along with the added support for other Google phones in December. However, the tech giant has not yet announced the release date for the final version, PC Advisor reported.

The publication also added A Telus software schedule suggests that Nexus 6P and 5X may receive the update on Aug. 22. So maybe the Android Nougat release date may also fall on this date in the United Kingdom.

Android N new features include instant chat support, support for image keyboards,  a host of features such as custom shortcuts for developers,  automatic data uploading to the cloud and Daydream VR support, and APIs for multi-endpoint calling and telephony configuration.

What are the smartphones that get Android 7.0 Nougat?

Motorola Z series and G4 Plus have now Android 7.0 Nougat, according to Indian Express. Aside from these devices, Android 7.0 Nougat are also available on  Moto X Play, Moto X Style, Moto X Force, Moto G (4th Gen), Moto G Plus (4th Gen), Moto G Play (4th Gen), Droid, Maxx 2, and Droid Turbo 2.

Samsung's devices such as Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 edge, and Galaxy S6 edge+ also have Android 7.0 Nougat. LG's devices that get the Android 7.0 Nougat are LG V20, LG V10, LG G5, and LG G3
