Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Release Date, Specs, Features & Price: The Next Iteration Of Microsoft's 2-in-1 Device Arrives In 2017?
After hitting a jackpot with their Surface Pro 4, rampant rumors hint that Microsoft is gearing up to launch its successor, the Surface Pro 5 along with the next radical Windows 10 update.
Although Microsoft may have not really fared well on its smartphone devices, the Redmond based technology giant has definitely made mark with its Surface laptop series, and now the company is in the spotlight in the wake of the Surface Pro 5's imminent release.
Rumor mills have been swirling a slew of speculations centering on the purported Microsoft Surface Pro 5's looks and internal specs. However, Microsoft has refrained from spilling the beans about the truth behind the development of the new Surface device.
Nevertheless, lack of official statements has not stopped optimistic gadget freaks from hazarding a guess that the new Surface gadget will be released next month.
Microsoft, on the other hand, continues remain tight lipped regarding its supposed fall event that tech gurus claim will be a toss-up between Surface Pro 2, Surface Pro 5 and the equally anticipated Surface Phone. However, the rampant rumors seem to have ignored previous speculations that allude to an end of the year rollout for Intel's seventh-generation processor. No doubt, the chipset will be one of most important parts of the next iteration of the 2-in-1 device as it will address a slew of issues, including mediocre battery life that plagued its precursor, according to VineReport.
