The fans of the 1994 hit TV series 'Boy Meets World' are excited for the cast reunion on the upcoming Disney Channel 'Girl Meets World' Season 3 finale to be released in August 2016. Variety released an exclusive photo of the cast members of the two TV series and it looks like the reunion will finally happen.

The Reunion and Their Roles

According to E! Online, "This isn't the first Boy Meets World reunion that Girl Meets Worlds has staged, but it certainly seems like the largest." It can be recalled that Roseanne and Becky's (portrayed by Lecy Goranson and Sarah Chalke) characters made appearances on the previous season where Chalke did the cameo on kids trick or treating and Goranson took her role back.

For the season finale, Chatt Sports Net reported that two actresses will have a major comeback on the show though the role has not been confirmed yet. Lily Nicksay and Lindsay Ridgeway played as little sisters of Cory for the Season 1 and 2 and Season 3 to 7. Vanity Fair reported that one actress will play Morgan, whereas the other actress will take on a different role.

A report from Variety said, "The writers of the 'Girl Meets World' said in a statement through Twitter that characters from 'Boy Meets World' will help Riley with a major life decision." The 89-year old William Daniels who played as the beloved principal Mr. Feeny is much awaited for the Feeny Call.

Girl Meets World cancellation

A tweet from Rowan Blanchard created a fuzz that the TV series is facing possible cancellation. In his tweet he said, "RE GMW: I know as much as you guys do. Filming tonight's episode was very emotional for all of us, so thank you to all of you who came and stuck with us. The family we have created on our set is something I will truly never forget."
