By

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" just received its latest gameplay video from Bandai Namco. The latest gameplay is claimed to be the most exciting update "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" has gotten as the video confirmed that avatars of the Frieza and Majin race will have transformation forms. This something fans has long-expected to happen in the gameplay.

Frieza Race Transformation

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's Frieza race can now access to his ultimate golden form from "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F". However, it remains unclear whether this will be the lone transformation for the Frieza race, The Bit Bang reported. If this could be Frieza's only form, it still looks good on the customized character featured in the gameplay video.

Manjin Race Transformation

When "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" revealed the latest gameplay, many Majin race fans were in awe as the transformation looked like a version of Kid Buu, the most powerful version of Buu whom Goku fought in "Dragon Ball Z" final season. More exciting fact is that the Kid Buu transformation may have the color as what the one players choose - blue, red and purple versions of Kid Buu.

However, the "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" gameplay video did not show transformation forms for Earthling or Namekian race. The reason behind might be because the developers wants the gameplay to remain relevant to the series.

These avatar transformations in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" might seem like insignificant gameplay additions but they impact special the fans. Back in the first game, transformation are only for Saiyans and their ultimate form was Super Saiyan 2. Now as shown in the video, new Super Saiyan 3 transformation for avatars that was shown in the recent trailer of the game, The Bit Bang wrote. Thus, Super Saiyan 3 and the Frieza and Majin race transformations are best energizer for the gameplay.

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" arrives on Xbox One and PS4 on October 25 while the PC version comes in October 28, Gematsu added. Additionally, those who pre-ordered the game can play as Black Goku from Dragon Ball Super.
