'GTA 5' Update Introduces A New Car, 3 New Power Play Maps And An Array Of Discounts!

By

While fans wait with bated breath for a new "GTA 5" update that is slated to arrive this week, guarantying an array of fan-favorite content for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, the latest update for the hit action-adventure game just added a brand new sports car for players to buy from GTA Online's Legendary Motorsport.

Up for grabs for a modest $700,000, the Debauchee Seven-70 is the final vehicle to be included as part of the Further Adventures in Finance and Felony DLC.

The latest DLC further adorns the game with three new Power Play maps. Playing those will get players double RP and cash, according to a post by R* Q on Rockstar NewsWire.

The latest GTA 5 update brings a slew of bonuses as well including:

20% discount on CEO offices: In order to facilitate off-the-ground operations for ambitious CEOs, Dynasty 8 Executive is presenting a 20% discount on all Offices and Office Interiors. But that's not all; players get 15% off all Warehouse Workbench Upgrades as well.

50% off the savage gunship and 25% off garages: For those players looking to claim airborne superiority, Warstock Cache & Carry is now offering them a mammoth 50% off the Savage military helicopter and players looking for some extra space to park their latest rides can now grab a garage property this week at 25% off.

25% off Independence Day Content through July 11: Although the helter-skelter outdoor assemblage full of tipsy colleagues may be over, players can still continue their patriotic celebration with a considerable 25% off all the original Independence Day Special items for Xbox One, PS4 and PC all week long. It include the Sovereign motorcycle, the Musket, the Liberator monster truck, the Firework Rocket Launcher as well as its ammo, in addition to all the Special patriotic gear such as T-shirts and Hats.

This completes the Further Adventures in Finance update, and implies that the next GTA 5 update - which will reportedly add stunt-ready vehicles and tracks to the game - is in the cards, VG 24/7 reported.

Strong rumors doing rounds earlier hinted "GTA 5" will receive the last of a trio of new vehicles on Tuesday, July 5.

However, there were speculations hinting that the dates could be postponed citing the 4th of July festivities in the U.S., but the studio already got itself covered on that account.

GTA 5 was updated with a slew of Independence Day content on Friday, July 1, bringing back an array of dirt bikes, monster trucks, bonus GTA$ & RP and fireworks.
