"Battleborn" developer 2K Games announced that the official release date of the game. PS4, Xbox one and PC players can play the game on May 3. Pre-loading is availabe too for those who have preordered. However, unlock times are different for different regions and platforms.
"Battleborn" Release Date and Time Unlock For Various Regions
On May 3, the servers of "Battleborn" will go online so eager players can play the game. The official launch time for New Zealand's PS4 and Xbox One players is on May 3 at 12 midnight NZST while PC players can play it for the first time at 5:00 AM. For Australian players, PS4 and Xbox One players can play at 12:00AM AEST. PC players can play at 3:00AM AEST, Battleborn.com wrote.
For Hong Kong PS4 gamers, they are a bit earlier as they can play on May 2 at 11:00PM HKT. Xbox One players can play at May 3, 12:00AM HKT and PC players can finally get their hands on the game at 1:00AM HKT. Moscow "Battleborn" gamers can get the PS4 and Xbox One version on May 3 at 12:00AM MSK and PC gamers can play at 1:00AM MSK.
Paris players can get the "Battleborn" game at the same time at May 3 at 12:00AM CEST. The same goes for New Yorkers as they can get the game on May 3 at 12:00AM EDT. For Londoners, PS4 and Xbox One version can be played on May 3 at 12:00AM BST. PC players can play earlier on May 2 at 11:00PM BST.
In San Francisco, "Battleborn" PS4 and PC players can play on May 2 at 9:00PM PDT while the Xbox One gamers can play on May 3 at 12:00AM PDT. For Japanese gamers, they can get the game much later on May 19 at 12:00AM JST for Xbox One and PS4 while the PC version can be unlocked at 2:00AM JST.
The Bitbag reports that "Battleborn" will feature five DLCs with custom skins, maps and stories. The season pass for all DLC is $20. The "Battleborn" Digital Deluxe Edition is priced at $75.

"Battleborn" is not unlike another popular first-person shooter game, "Overwatch." Like the latter, the Gearbox Software game has heroes that players can choose to play with. There will be 25 starting characters and the rest will be unlockable, Gotta Be Mobile shared. There will be five more heroes that will be released after the official launch for free.
