After OnePlus company launched the OnePlus 5 smartphone a couple of weeks on the market, the mobile device made quite a buzz in the smartphone world as it boasts superb specs as well as an affordable price tag. But, just like any other smartphone manufacturer, the smartphone is currently under fire due to some issues involving its audio.

The OnePlus 5 Android smartphone has been the subject of several recent criticisms due to some problems being addressed by a substantial number of owners involving the device's audio. The latest Android smartphone has been creeping up lately with its stereo speakers that seemed to be lost whenever the orientation of the handset changes. Whenever the handset is placed to the right, the sound goes out to the left of the headset, and vice versa, Trusted Reviews reported.

As the jelly scrolling issue of the OnePlus 5 smartphone has been publicly defended by the co-founder of the tech giant, the audio problem seems not a big deal. Although the issue could become annoying, especially once the user notices it, but the audio issue of the device is a pretty minor problem for three reasons, Android Authority reported.

First, the issue can be fixed by means of recording video in the other orientation. Second, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer could launch a software solution. Also, as the device only has a mono speaker, the user will have to play the video on another device.

On the other hand, the OnePlus 5 with 3,300mAh battery scores very solidly in custom battery test. The mobile device scored one of the best results compared to any flagships, with 9 hours and 18 minutes. The battery life of the OnePlus 5 trumps leading smartphones like the Apple iPhone 7 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, LG G6, Google Pixel XL as well as the Huawei P10 Plus.
