Apple Inc. is said to unveil the highly anticipated iMac 2017 during the Worldwide Developer Conference event (WWDC) 2017 event. Based on the latest reports, Apple's new iMac 2017 will be available with advanced powerful specs. The device is said to compete with Microsoft's Surface Studio.

The Cupertino based tech company will be launching new versions of the MacBook, MacBook Pro 2017 as well as the upgraded 13-inch MacBook Air with a new processor during the WWDC 2017 event. Although the focus of Apple is said to be on these products next month, but the tech giant has not forgotten the iMac line yet, as the company has some plans for the desktops. The device is said to take the spotlight in the WWDC 2017 event, Bloomberg reported.

Apple will release the new iMac 2017 with better specs for expert tech enthusiasts. As to when the iMac 2017 will be released, Apple's Software Engineering Chief Craig Federighi and Marketing Chief Phil Schiller made it known that the iMac 2017 along with the Mac Pro series are slated for launch this year.

Tech fans and experts are expecting the tech giant to roll out the iMac 2017 with big improvements. Also, the new iMac 2017 is said to compete with the powerful devices such as Microsoft's all-in-one computer, the Surface Studio, Mobi Picker reported.

In terms of the iMac 2017 specs, the upcoming device might come with AMD's powerful Ryzen 7 processor, but some reports are anticipating that the iMac 2017 will be powered by Intel's Kaby Lake processor instead. The iMac 2017 is also said to come along with a Smart Keyboard enabled with Touch ID sensor, a Touch Bar, as well as a Magic Mouse.

The release date of the iMac 2017 is still under the wraps, but the much awaited machine is expected to roll out in the last quarter of 2017. Also, there is no information regarding the pricing of iMac 2017.
