"Mass Effect: Andromeda" developer BioWare is getting some big news this week. The studio is reportedly undergoing a major management shakeup. BioWare has not provided much info about the story.

Fortunately, the US gaming site Kotaku has managed to get some good information about this story. Kotaku reported that BioWare has decided to stop further game development for the newly released game, "Mass Effect: Andromeda." Kotaku stated that the development has been stopped because the BioWare Montreal office will be used as a support studio.

Kotaku's Jason Schreier has made some good explanation about BioWare's recent action. He said that the studio is just letting the newly launched "Mass Effect: Andromeda" and the franchise altogether to "sit for a while" as the development team from the BioWare Montreal facility work and focus on other titles.

Reports said that some employees from the BioWare Montreal office were brought over to EA Motive to work on the upcoming action shooter game "Star Wars: Battlefront 2." Others employees were recruited for the development works on of BioWare's new IP whose codename is "Dylan."

In further explaining the massive management shakeup, EA has decided to send a message from BioWare Montreal studio director Yanick Roy over to the gaming site Kotaku, providing much information about the shakeup.

BioWare also added that even the BioWare development team continues to focus on the "Mass Effect: Andromeda" community and support live service, BioWare will still constantly looking at how it will prepare for the next planned gaming experiences.

As for the game's update, "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will still get a patch and multiplayer support, BioWare said. But Andromeda fans might not expect any works on the sequel or even DLC releases. The studio has not mentioned and even provided much information about the DLC releases.

Amazingly, the tech website Bleeding Cool has got some good information that a small BioWare Montreal has been tasked with this. The team's main priority is likely on rolling out fixes in the game), expansions are likely to be covered by this team.

In other gaming-related news, a newly discovered "Mass Effect: Andromeda" bug adds a gay romance option for the shooter game's main character Scott Ryder. Reports said that the newly discovered Andromeda bug includes another unintended gay romance option and adds to the small roster of LGBT romance scenes, the Mic reported.

The game developer has still yet to provide additional romance scenes, but it seems like the newly discovered Andromeda bug has just taken matters into its own hands and made its first move. BioWare has not yet made any official words on this. Check out the video below to learn more about the game romance option.
