Madhouse is working on the highly popular anime series "One Punch Man" Season 2, and new reports claimed that the main protagonist Saitama will lose a fight for the first time. New details and possible spoilers for the season 2 will feature a possible release date of the anime series.

Several rumors are making rounds on the internet regarding as to when will the second installment of "One Punch Man" will premier this year. Although it has been confirmed that the "One Punch Man" season 2 will launch within the year, nonetheless, it is speculated that the second installment of the anime series will air sometime in the mid-2017, according to MobiPicker.

Nevertheless, the possible arc for season 2 could be the Hero Hunt arc, as Saitama and his friends will face the former disciple of Bang, Garou. Garou was rooted for villains instead of heroes, and he took out almost every student in the dojo to show off his power.

Silver Fang left with no choice but to exile Garou from his dojo. When Garou and Saitama meet during the Hero Hunt arc, Garou has an instant dislike towards the main protagonist of the "One Punch Man" season 2.

Furthermore, there are also speculations that the season 2 will showcase a fight between the Monster Association and Saitama. This 17-member team of antagonists is powerful enough, considering that each one of the villains can release a varying disaster level. Thus, it has been said that the main protagonist of the "One Punch Man" season 2 will finally be defeated, Daisuki reported.

Based on speculations, the team of villains will get the better of Saitama. The Monster Association, whose main goal is to destroy the Hero Association, has recruited and collaborated with one of Saitama's biggest nemesis, Garou.

"One Punch Man" season 2 is slated to fire up any time this year.
