Mi Pad 3 configurations show an impressive tablet that could be 2017 budget device that tech crowds have been waiting for.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 Internal Specifications

1. Better Hardware Configurations

Mi Pad 3 outward appearance will be much thinner than the Mi Pad 2. The 9.7-inch retina tablet is said to run Windows 10 OS with an Intel Core M3 7Y30 chipset. GSM Arena has listed some of the internal specs, including a whopping 8 GB of RAM for its 128 GB or 256 GB variant.

The iPad Mini 2 arrives with 2GB of RAM and it is highly likely that the successor will come with not more than 4 GB of RAM.

2. Better Camera

The optics department in Mi Pad 3 pairs a 16 MP rear camera with 8 MP front-facing camera, with 1080p video shooting capability, dual LED Flash and autofocus. Apple is unlikely to up the camera specs in iPad Mini 5, hence, it will still flaunt the 8MP/1.2MP, MacWorld reported.

3. Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor

One of the attractive features in Mi Pad 3 would be the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The tablet is reportedly getting the biometric scanner at its front panel, FoneArena has learned.

4. Bigger Battery

Xiaomi might equip the Mi Pad 3 with 8290 mAh battery capacity and superfast-charging feature. iPad Mini 4 comes with 5,124mAh battery capacity and there is a huge possibility that the Mini 5 won't go above 6,000 mAh.

5. More Affordable

It is no surprise that Xiaomi launches an affordable tablet with the cost around $288 for the base model. In addition to the cheap device, Xiaomi will launch a magnetic keyboard for $14.99

6. Release Date is Approaching

Xiaomi seems to be more consistent and ambitious in bringing affordable devices to the consumers. While the iPad Mini 5 is nowhere to be seen, consumers can expect Xiaomi's Mi Pad 3 on Dec. 30. It could be a great tablet alternative that won't rip you off.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 is not a GSM device and uses Wi-Fi as the connectivity.
