Zsa Zsa Gabor is the grandest of all actresses. She is considered to have pioneered the concept of being famous just for being famous. She is her own personal brand and every actress (and even actors) in the world want to be like her. Her name is often uttered in theater classes and acting workshops.

But the iconic American-Hungarian actress and socialite passed away on December 18, 2016 after a heart attack. After being on life support for the past five years, she died at the age of 99 in her Bel-Air residence.

What makes Zsa Zsa Gabor so special in the acting industry? She was a personal experiment in becoming the American princess, as reported by Guardian. For many, she is considered to be her own personal brand when it comes to speaking and even dressing. She paved the way for European actresses in the United States. And it was because of her that many aspiring actors and actresses are now choosing the same career path.

Be it going through reality television or social media, Zsa Zsa Gabor made it possible for many to become stars. Known for her classic works such as John Huston's "Moulin Rouge" in 1952 and Orson Welles's "Touch of Evil" in 1958. She spent most of her time as a star and a constant guest in talk shows. She features an aura of class and socialite finesse. Gabor concocted an image of glamour in an industry of American culture.

Born on February 6, 1917, Zsa Zsa Gabor lived in Budapest, Hungary at first. But in 1941, they escaped from the Nazi occupation and moved to the United States.

In April 2016, she told her ninth husband that she wants to return to Hungary and live out the rest of her life there, as reported by Daily News. They even planned a big party for when she turned 100 years old. Although Zsa Zsa Gabor never made it to 100, she - a modern figure - will remain in the hearts of many. Especially for aspiring young actors and actresses everywhere.
