The inclusion of Microsoft has long been speculated since the company is no longer into the mobile manufacturing business, but it seems that the software expert is bent on bringing Windows 10 on mobile that may soon hint a Surface phone debut.

Microsoft has conceded to its dismal performance in the smartphone market by discontinuing its line of Lumia mobile phones, which are now approaching the end of their retail lives.
