Mick Jagger, popular for his gig in Rolling Stones as the frontman, is a father once again. He is a dad to seven kids. Now, an eighth is on its way.

The world welcomes a new baby boy for Mick Jagger. At 73 years of age, the rock star has welcomed a new son to his set of seven siblings. The latest addition to the family comes from the singer's relationship with the 29 year old ballerina, Melanie Hamrick.

Melanie Hamrick and Mick Jagger are said to be delighted, according to Womans Day. The child was born in New York. When the time came for Melanie to give birth, Mick was at the hospital just in time for the baby's arrival.

According to reports, both the mom and the baby are doing fine and are recovering from the delivery. Jagger's official spokesperson has already requested the media to give them privacy during this joyous occasion.

With Jagger already a father to seven kids, the future of the new son is already being prepared. According to reports, although both Melanie and Jagger are not planning on getting married, Mick Jagger plans to co-parent and offer financial assistance to help raise their baby. He is expected to provide $150,000 a year and will continue to do so until the child turns 18 years old. In addition, his educational expenses are also paid for.

Mick Jagger's newborn son will have a trust that will cover education fees and expenses which can go beyond £500,000. The trust will take effect following high school. Reports indicate that the Rolling Stones singer is eager to make sure that the care and finances for the child is set. The music artist himself wants to make sure that the future is provided whether it is a career or if the child wants to pursue further education after high school or college.

Although Mick Jagger did not stipulate whether he has a preferred school in mind, many are just eager to see that the child's future is in good hands.
