If you get a job that gives you a decent pay, it's easy to feel content. But if it's not something that you really want to do, and if you start feeling unhappy about it, you might need to consider moving on and find career growth in another company.

If you can't remember the last time you felt happy and fulfilled about your current job, here are the signs that you should already quit.

You already feel bored about what you're doing

If your current job does not seem challenging to you anymore, you can try to share this with your boss so he can assign you a project where you can really utilize your skills. But if it does not work, it might be a sign to leave.

It's normal to feel bored at times but if you've been dealing with this feeling for a couple of months already or for years, then that can be an indication that you're no longer satisfied with what you do.

When you cannot utilize your skills anymore

You know when you have so much more to offer than what is being asked and surely, you'd like to maximize your skills because these will help you grow and this is where your fulfillment will come in. But, if you don't get these opportunities then it might be time to consider other options.

You start suffering from job burnout

It's natural to feel stressed from work every now and then but if the stress is overly overwhelming that it already affects your emotional, mental and physical health, then it's no longer for you to stay in your current job. It's inevitable to feel stressed but it does not have to be overwhelming every single day.
