Fans and avid gamers alike will remember that it has already been a year since the release of "Halo 5: Guardians" and they have been treated well through various updates and expansions that the developers have rolled into the game.

As such, these same fans are in for another treat as game's Forge received a huge update this month. Moreover, reports have shown that 343 Industries might be releasing a reality TV show based on the acclaimed franchise.

It was recently reported that the developers behind "Halo 5: Guardian" have announced the initial details of its Monitor's Bounty update, Gamespot has learned. The source has pointed out that the Forge updates have brought in more than 650 new objects to the game, which amounts to a total number of 3,800 unique objects in the tool suite provide for customizing both map and game modes.

Moreover, it was stated by the source that the larger highlight of this update is the inclusion of a largely and more powerful scripting tool that would allow players to create a variety of game modes ranging from simple to complex ones.

It then went on to elaborate one scripting feature of the recent update to Forge for the "Halo 5: Guardian." The recently included "Action Target" allows creators to modify actions of up to 64 objects simultaneously, new conditions being added to scripts, and the ability to have scripts contain four actions per condition.

In addition, the source went on to state that 343 Industries have added its own game types for "Halo 5: Guardian" with Race, King of the Hill, and the latest one called Battle Golf.

Fans will also notice the that the Forge update for "Halo 5: Guardians" feature new canvases, as well, which come in the form of Barrens and Depths. The former was said to be a large canvas with a desert motif that has three unique lighting styles. On the other hand, Depth was described as that being set under water.

In other news, it seems that 343 Industries has struck a deal with Pilgrim Media Group to develop a TV reality show based off of its acclaimed "Halo 5: Guardian" franchise, Variety reported.

It was said that the show will feature original eSports entertainment content involving "Halo 5: Guardians." This is due to the joint efforts of Pilgrim Media, Lionsgate and the renowned video game league ESL.

That being said, fans of "Halo 5: Guardian" can expect a lot of things with the new update on Forge and an upcoming reality TV show in the future.
