Bandai Namco has announced that "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" is now available with a new launch trailer. The Collector's Edition details of the popular video game were also revealed.

"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" launched

After the many teasers and content reveals of "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization," it was finally launched in Nov. 8. According to the official website of Bandai Namco Entertainment, the publisher launched the video game throughout the Americas for the PlayStation 4 console system and digitally for the PlayStation Vita handheld system. Players will experience the story of Kirito and take control of his digital avatar in a new action-RPG adventure based on the popular anime franchise, "Sword Art Online."

"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization's" launch was accompanied with the release of its launch trailer, which can be viewed below. It shows Kirito's first meeting with a mysterious NPC, which he got curious about until she seemingly vanishes into thin air. The trailer also shows the intense gameplay of the video game and shows old friends that he journeys together in this virtual world.

"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" basic details

"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" is a sequel of the video game franchise with overall better graphics, better gameplay, and a whole new story. It starts after Kirito in the real world receives a message that invites him to try out the virtual reality MMO game "Sword Art: Origins," which turns out to be a death virtual video game. He will team up with new and old characters as they explore the new world, take on different quests, and they try to solve the mystery of why NPCs are suddenly being deleted from the game.

According to the official website of Bandai Namco Entertainment Store, the "Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" Collector's Edition can be bought for only $149.95. Players will receive several physical contents like the six inch Kirito and Asuna figurines, Steelbook, Collector's Edition packaging, mini posters and decal sheets, the special contents disc, and the base game.
