"One Punch Man" Season 2 is already confirmed but the only question left is the anime's release date. Several sources claimed that the second installment of the anime will be released early in 2017, having Saitama and Garou fighting fist-to-fist for the first episode.

Fans still have hangover from the 13 episodes of "One Punch Man" Season 1, thus, having them crave for a second installment. According to Crunchyroll, the staff and cast of the anime TV adaptation has confirmed during the "One Punch Man" Fall Festival in September that there is a Season 2.

"One Punch Man" Season 1 ended the way fans has always anticipated - having Lord Boros defeated by the serious punch released by Saitama. According to fans, the Season 1 finale has been very epic and they are expecting for a more intense and epic fighting scenes between the caped-hero and the new set of villains.

For the second installment, rumors suggesting that Saitama will face a human villain named Garou whose strength is equal to Saitama's. Having a human villain for the "One Punch Man" Season 2 has made fans excited on what's to come for Saitama, most especially that he and Garou lie on the two sides of the same coin; same level of strength and stamina.

As of the moment, there is no information regarding the airing date of "One Punch Man" Season 2 premiere as well as the number of episodes of the new season, Screen Rant reported. However, according to rumongers, "One Punch Man" is likely to return in the early months of 2017.

Originally, "One Punch Man" is a webcomic created by an artist with a pseudonym "One" and was released in the year 2009. Due to its popularity worldwide, in the year 2012, the webcomic has been republished into manga and had a TV adaptation in the year 2015.
