Macbook Pro 2016 graphics card: Nvidia or AMD?

If there is a legitimate source to give clues on Macbook Pro 2016 arrival date - that would be the job vacancy posted by Nvidia. The information comes from a job vacancy posted by Nvidia Corp. It says that the software engineer will 'help produce the next Apple revolutionary product', as reported by Bloomberg. The description goes on to say, that applicant will be working in partnership with Apple and writing code for graphics-related software.

This could mean a potential comeback of Nvidia in Apple's Mac products. Currently, the Mac computers and desktops use AMD chip and with Nvidia-Apple partnership, the fans should see the products on-work by next year. Nvidia has also been supplying its chips for Xbox One and PS4, Investors noted.

As the job vacancy has been posted not long ago, this means that the Macbook Pro 2016 will likely use the AMD chip. The revolutionary Macs with Nvidia graphics card should be seen sometime in 2017.

Macbook Pro 2016 specifications: Dynamic Function Row, Kaby Lake and what else?

The fans hear a lot of rumblings including the OLED bar that replaces the physical function keys dubbed as dynamic function row.  This would be the stand out feature - considered as a controversial overhaul for some - but this is Apple we are talking about. Apple superfans should see USB type C port in Macbook Pro 2016 along with a thinner design. The upcoming Mac laptop is expected to run the latest Sierra Mac OS.

It is highly unlikely for Macbook Pro 2016 to use Kaby Lake since the distribution of the processor begins this year. The possible hardware, as analyst Rhoda Alexander predicts, would be the Skylake, University Herald reported.

Macbook Pro 2016 release date: October or 2017?

Previous rumor suggested that Macbook Pro 2016 will be announced at a later date in September. BGR speculates that Apple will likely release the laptop in October. As for the 2017, we could use Ming Chi Kuo analysis which states that Apple might reveal three iPads with new software.
