There are just a few more days to go before October comes. In a recent report, there will be movies and TV shows that will leave the streaming service, Netlix once the October starts. 

In a previous report, Netflix was sued by Fox on Sept. 16, The network accused the streaming service of "illegally" poaching employees."

The streaming service hit back, and its spokesperson told Deadline that they don't believe "Fox's use of fixed term employment contracts in this manner are enforceable"  

After the accusation report, there will be some movies and TV shows that were reported will be gone in October. Check out what are these shows

Michael J. Fox's 80s sci-fi movie, "Back to the Future" Trilogy, the Jim Carey classic comedy with a heart movie flick "The Truman Show" and Julia Robert's award-winning "Erin Brockovich" are among the movies that will not be available on Netflix in October, according to Hollywood Reporter. For subscribers who don't want to miss these movies, it is better to watch them before they are gone. Seasons 1-4 of "Heroes," Anna Chlumsky's "My Girl" and James Franco's "The Interview" will also leave the steaming service soon.   

The following TV shows and movies will not be available starting October 1:  The 2002 mystery/thriller, "Insomnia,"  Arnold Schwarzenegger's 2002 sci-fi action flick, "The Running Man," Jessica Alba's 2003 "Honey" and its Katerina Graham starred 2011 sequel "Honey 2,"  the 1983 Gene Hackman led film "Uncommon Valor," Steve Frank's "Psych: Seasons 1­-8," "Saturday Night Live: The 2010s: Season 38,"  Billy Zane's "The Phantom," Johnny Depp's 1995 movie "Nick of Time ," Adam Sandler's "Mr. Deeds ," "10.0 Earthquake." the 1979 action-thriller "The Warriors,"  Nickelodeon Movie's "Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius," Eddie Murphy's second stint as Axel Foley in "Beverly Hills Cop II," the chilling supernatural horror film "The Exorcist," the Mimi Leder helmed 1998 film "Deep Impact," 1995 action mystery film "Congo," and Richard Donner's 2003 movie "Timeline" 

Although there are shows that will be expired soon, there are comedy shows that subscribers should look forward, according to Geek. Lindsay Lohan's "Mean Girls," "Beavis And Butt-Head Do America," "History of Future Folk," Sean William Scott's acclaimed film, "Goon," the Kevin Smith classic "Clerks," Chris Farley's 1995 comedy "Tommy Boy," 2008 Collin Farrell film "In Bruges," Matt Stone and Trey Parker's critically-acclaimed animated film, "South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut," "In The Loop,"  the 1987 Mandy Patinkin classic "The Princess Bride," and Simon Pegg and Nick Frost's police comedy, and also the second installment of Edgar Wright's infamous Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy "Hot Fuzz" are comedy movies that can be streamed on Netflix. 

There will be new movies and shows that will be available on Netflix, however, it won't stay there forever. So for subscribers, take a chance to stream them while they are available.
